SOUL MOVES® CLASSES
Soul Moves® is an exploration of movement, dance, sound, visual art, language, nature, storytelling and sacred travel that accesses deep stories and personal mythology. It is an invitation to return to our core sense of self, and embodiment of soul. Soul Moves has the power to awaken the spirit, enliven the body and heal the heart.
Soul Moves® Dance/Movement Circle
This includes more time for dance, movement, music and additional activities that expand awareness and enhance access to body wisdom. Expect to expand your creativity and spontaneity. Participants may also use various forms of expressive arts such as drawing, journaling, storytelling, active meditation and share during the last 30 min. of the session. Includes light refreshments.
Soul Jam Classes
Come bare foot and ready to dance, release your mind and follow your heart as we move freestyle to various recorded rhythms or live drums. You are encouraged to experience your own inner dance through self-paced, free-form movement. The Soul Jam begins with an optional 15 to 30 min. introduction on Primal Moves (warm-up isolations), which is based on the roots of African Dance.

Self-directed movement and dance that opens to inner truth, & unfolds conflict resolutions
Primal Moves
We begin with an introduction of primal movements, the roots of African and other ethnic dances. This flows into self-directed movement, which taps into the body’s wisdom through drawing, writing and sharing. This often leads to a profound sense of increased awareness, creativity and soulful connection.
Awaken the Dancer Within (see right)
Creative dance includes basic instructions in Samba, Salsa, and African dance. Dance to live drummers!
Inner Rhythms Community Freestyle Dance
Barefoot spirits of all ages & shapes-need no experience-no partner-
no choreography- Use authentic, spontaneous movement to celebrate the dancer within!
Healing Dance/Drumming Circles
Held on the new & full moon, outdoors. Often includes Ocean & Fire dance.
Educational Classes at Your School
I am available at schools for multi-sensory cultural education through the arts which include, drumming, dance, voice ant drawing. These events are offered to preschool and up.Private Lessons Tailored to Individual Needs
Hourly or daily sessions for single or groups are available, including parties or ongoing circles. Can be used for transformational purposes to resolve inner conflict and access deep insight, or increase level of physical fitness, comfort & ease of movement in the body, as well as improve abilities & styles of dance.

Private class:
The rate is $125 for an hour and a half, and can include one other participant. There is an additional $25 added for each additional participant over 2 with a maximum total of up to 4 students per class. Reduced rates for on-going classes.Private adult events, celebrations or workshop

The minimum rate is $300. This does not include the rate for drummers or performance.Children’s parties or events:
Begins at $200. For dance, drumming and/or art.
Musical instruments and art supplies provided.*Travel fee required for driving distance over 20 miles.
